I would say that looks like tapeworm sections. The flat ribbon appearance is typical. The scolex is not normally shed with the segments so you probably won't see it. Droncit (praziquantel) is definitely the best choice dosed at 3 to 4 mg per pound of body weight. Give a second dose two weeks after the first. Shouldn't be a problem to eliminate them.
