I'm housing ball pythons, of course plastic tubs don't come with holes in them. How many holes should I put in the tubs? Is it okay to burn the holes with a soldering iron. That doesn't release toxins into the plastic that can hurt my balls does it? Nah. . .? How do you make holes for your tubs?

You're right, use a soldering iron. The # of holes depends on the size of the tub. My 32 quart have 15 holes on each of the 4 sides.
I hope that helps.

My tubs are the Reptile Tubs CB 110. The dimensions are 39"x19 7/8"x6 1/4". There considerably bigger then the tubs you are using, maybe if I use twice as many holes 30?

it also depends on how big the holes are too. I have 43qt 35x17x6 tubs that have a total of 60 holes all around. They are small holes though.
