A friend of mine in PA , Pete Mackevich, had someting you might have found interesting. One of the Large male parsonii he had imported died, so he stripped the flesh, and cleaned it with dermestid beetles. It took him weeks to mount the bones. When he was done, it was incredible. He was selling it for like $200--a bargan considerng how much effort went into it. I dont know if he ever sold it, this was about a decade ago. It's amazing how delacate even the most robust of chameleons looks in skeletal form. Except the head, what a massive skull this thing had...
