My Uro's eye is dry and seems to be having trouble opening it???

My Uro's eye is dry and seems to be having trouble opening it???
I think he may of cut it or it is just really dry. He is also sheading.
When I wet the eye a little bit it seems temperarily better.
Any advise?

I encountered the same problem with one of my Uros and used Terramycin ophthalmic ointment. Just apply a tiny amount to the closed eye at bedtime. I say at bedtime because they are least likely to try and rub it off. I noticed a difference within a couple of days and the problem disappeared completely in a couple of weeks.

Petsmart carries the stuff online at a pretty reasonable price so I'm sure they have it at any of their store locations as well.
