gabbahey Dec 29, 2003 11:55 AM

Every show every table has either Green Tree Pythons, Womas or New Caladonian Giant geckos....Blah~! so where the hell the reptile enthusiest? I am all for trying to make a living at what you love, therefore offering species or morphs that bring higher dollars...but what about guys like me that love the hobby for the sake of the species...having raved on a bit I am looking for 3 Lampropeltis species: Eastern Kings (Nice clean specimens From either North or South Calrolina Stock)...Black Kings (Not mexican black...but good ol' USA black) from patternless or nearly patternless adults...and some nice mole kings...anyone have any of these available as CBB stock please let me know or point me in the direction I can look.

Easterns are easy enough to find during the hatching season but they sell rather fast so anything after Ocober is slim pickins. Nigra are much harder to find but I saw a few being offered for sale this year. Thomas Davis I belive breeds Black Kings I dont have his email address but he posts on here and you can contact him that way. Mole Kings are probably more commonly available than Nigra Ted Thompson (Susqehanna Herps) or try Crimson King he posts on here as well and he is into the Moles. Basically right now you arent going to find quality of anything unless you get lucky so your best bet is August -October . I would start contacting breeders as early as June to get on a waiting list.

Good luck!
