bumble bee toads

what can you put with a bumble bee toad? how should their habitats be set up? could i put one in with my fire belly toad? thnx

Morganna:

First, take a look at the care sheets for Melanophryniscus stelzneri at: http://www.amphibiancare.com/frogs/bumblebeewalkingtoad.html

Second, do a search of this forum for Melanophryniscus stelzneri, "pampas toads," and "black and yellow walking toads." This should give you a good start.

Concerning mixing: I will admit that I have had them with mantellas in a very large tank, but generally I would advise against mixing. I don't know much about firebelly toads, but it does not sound like a good idea to me.
