Kong came out from under his rock today ! His head, face and lips are shedding, his color is dull which means the rest of him will shed soon.
He's my big boy, have to beef him back up and get ready for spring mating soon.

That even makes Kong look pretty good. Wow...stunning orange/yellow coloring on that monster! I hope I see more like him someday! I don't even care if there his offspring LOL
good luck on the henklei! Oh, also, I already found a home for the monitor...he's gone! His new owner has a 4' caimin, a few snakes, and had a 4.5 foot Savanah which died recently...perfect gift!
PS...I never said I didn't like geckos. I used to have tons of them. I just don't like the henkleis. They look like flat leafs. Just kidding.
