charging and humidity????

okay my male was chasing after my female and he did not catch her and mate with her, but when he did catch her, he just stood beside her and if she moved he would kind of jab his snout against her side, ive heard this is territorial but this went on in my bath room,
what could be wrong?

Next what should the humidity of my eggs be? 95 is what ive heard.
