Hello all,
I posted a picture of my Florida Brooksi Kingsnake a week or two ago as I was concerned that the snake had possible mouth rot. After looking at the picture a gentleman told me that it was most likely nose rub and the nose was permanantly bruised.
Shortly after that the snake went into it's shed cycle and the area surrounding the mouth became dry and a distorted yellow color. The snake shed today and the nose seems to be worse than ever, is this cause for alarm or am I simply over-reacting?
Thank you for your time and I appreciate any feed back.
Ralph
