Here's a shot(however bad), of a "normal" N. fasciata...again, Pierson, feel free to set me straight. Also compare to the little guy below, and let me know where I'm standing on IDing these critters. This one was found on an evening of herping down by a lakeside dock spotted in the cars headlights. Can't make out the back pattern well, but the belly shows good!
