funny feeding story

tribbielvr Dec 29, 2003 09:23 PM

Being a first time BRB owner, we are trying to make sure we do each thing right, of course questioning ourselves as we go along. We wanted to feed them separately in their own feeding area but were afraid we would stress them when we move them.

Tonight my husband took out our male and was holding him while I put the fuzzies in the feeding enclosure. We were both saying "well he may not eat since moving him like this might stress him" and as my husband lowered him into the enclosure (he was coiled on his wrist) the snake struck down, picked up the mouse and promply brought it with him back up to my husbands wrist to eat it there! It was too funny and I guess "all that stress" was what my HUSBAND and I were feeling NOT the snake! ROFL
