My box turtle seems to be impacted. I have soaked him in a warm tub to try and stimulate him but it doesn't seem to be working. Does anybody have a suggestion? What about mineral oil?

Well
what makes you think he is impacted?
A vet may be your easiest option.
I recentely read of a guy who used Docusate sodium (Colace) (sold over the counter at pharmacies for humans who are constipated) on his turtle and it helped it pass the gravel it had eaten. He used a small amount of the human dose and this was for alarge turtle. I'd guess you have to use a really little dose for abox turtle.
But frequent warm water soaks and a vet consultation are probably the best way to go.
