My box turtle seems to be impacted. I have soaked him in a warm tub to try and stimulate him but it doesn't seem to be working. What about mineral oil? Any other suggestions, please!?!

Vet, Vet ,Vet, get it to a vet not only do you need to make sure hes ok, but what is causing it is also the main concern. So in short go to the vet.
Is your turtle straining to defecate? If so you have been given good advice: take the turtle to a vet. But some folks have a hard time finding a qualified vet on short notice, so I'll tell you some things you can try until you do find a good vet. (All turtle pets should be taken to a vet regularly, just as a cat or dog would be.)
1. How long do you been soaking the turtle? Try an hour, be sure the room is very warm, you don't want the turtle to get sick.
2. Put the turtle in a large cardboard box with a bunch of paper towels and take it for a ride in your warm car for 15-30 minutes.
3. Put some salad oil on his food. BTW, do you feed it a lot of mealworms, or superworms? The high amounts of chitin in the insects can impact a sedentary turtle.
4. Feed canned pumpkin or another watery fruit like cantaloupe.
Tell us how the turtle fares. It is a serious problem as it can lead to straining and prolaspe. Good luck!
