I am currently in the process of transfering my BP's from glass tanks to rubbermaid/sterlite tubs for heat and humidity reasons. Wanting to know for future breeding reasons how do i regulate day light for them. I have always read that getting them into the breeding mood consists of shortening day light time and day and night heat lowered slightly below normal. I am only using UTH for the tubs, how do you regulate the light when i dont (and dont know how to use) artificial light? or is light not that important as heat regulating. also, due to not having a spare room to put my snakes in, i have them all in my bedroom upstair, With me having to go into my room various times of the day/night and turning on the ceiling light and my kids making usual kid noices in the hall upstairs, would all this activity in and around my bedroom destract my pairs to breed or even refrain them from getting in the mood?
