Are you talking about the waxmoths that live in beehives?

If so, super worms are find to feed to adolescent to adult leos. But do not leave them in the cage for a long period of time if your gecko does not eat them right away. They have much stronger pincers, when compared to mealworms, and may pester or bite your gecko.
No, these dont have pinchers really, there a light color, almost like you can see through them, people use them for bluegill fish bait. You can buy them in a local bait store?
I think you're talking about waxworms. Many people say they are too fatty for a staple diet. I tried them last year and not all of my geckos would eat them. You'll find a lot of people referring to them as gecko 'treats'.

Hey
Well waxworms are good for treats the lil fat bugers make for good snacks when putting weight on a gecko but you should only feed 1 or 2 a week cause your gecko can become addicted eventually these waxworms which are really moth larvae turn into the moths after a two week period of being in a lil cancun thingy i think thats what its called i have heard of the moths being fed to leos and love but have not yet done it myself.
