I am breeding mealworms and superworms, and a few weird things have started to happen in the last couple of weeks.
First, in my feeding superworm bin...
There's about 200 of them in there, I give them potatoes every other day, and kale every day. I've noticed when reaching in to get some munchies for my dragon, that some of them are... squishing? I'm getting superworm guts all over my hands, and I dont know why they are doing this!!
Second, I notice that the mealworm beetles backs are turning yellow, and their wings spreading, and then their backs flatten out as thin as a fingernail... is this normal?
