What is it that I see all these breeders marking their animals with? Is it safe on other lizards and reptiles?

that actually says non-toxic on the label which is probably the best even though I've never heard of a dragon being hurt by regular sharpies.

I posted this a while ago, so this is just a re-post 
“Pearlescent Painters” you can find them at your local craft store and will run you about $4-$5 for each color. I use Green, White and Yellow for my dragons. Just re-apply after every shed I tried to stay away from any bright colors (Red, Blue) as not to motivate the other dragons into nipping at the color. They sure do chow them red pellets when they see them, so I would not want a red mark on a moving dragon.
