Im about to go buy this boa i have seen for an amazing price and im wondering what kind of boa this is, since the owner doesnt seem to know. I know its not a great pic but please give it a shot.

It is nearly impossible to find out the locality of an animal if the person selling you the animal doesn't know. I would say, judging from the picture, that it is a BCI, or common boa.
Good luck with her/him. Post more pics when you get a chance.
