Did they sell you a so called 'Carpet' or 'Jungle Carpet?' Most people refer to Coastals as standard 'Carpets' for slang. If I misread your email, please clarify. In the meantime, Will Leary has some nice pictures of Coastals on his website: www.reptilicusreptiles.net
Here is another link with nice pictures of Coastals: http://www.australianreptilesonline.com/modules/xgallery/view_album.php?set_albumName=Coastal-Carpet

It would be easier to give you some idea of what your carpet might be if we can see a picture of it. Jungles and Coastal carpets can look almost identical in some cases making snakes from unknown origins almost impossible to distinguish. But we can give you a better idea than you can get just by looking at some pictures.
Also any background inof you might have on the snake (Ex: age, size, were you baught it from, ect...) will help a lot too.

Yeah, that too! I meant to add that, but forgot. There are Jungles that look like Coastals and Coastals that look like Jungles, so make sure to add the information Darci mentioned to help with the identification.
