Does anyone give their Snakes Supplements on a regular basis?

Ya know, like the powder kind for reptiles. If so, how do you administer it and how often and how much?

As far as snakes, there is really no need to. They should get all the nutrition they need from mice or rats.

I used to dip the ends of pinkies into calcium powder. I figured since the pinkies wouldn't have much calcium this would be beneficial.

However, now I'm not so sure if I will continue this in the future. I never had any problems, but I've heard that the excess calcium can build up and possibly cause impactions. But then again I only supplemented the pinkies with calcium every third feeding.
