Dr Kevin Ruch at Elmbrook Veterinary Clinic is good. It's acutally in Brookfield, but I live in Oak Creek and still go all the way out there. The number is 262-786-8460. It's really easy to get to and they're great out there. I was just in today to get a fecal done (no appointment needed, just drop it off and give them 20 mins). BTW where in Milwaukee are you?

Elmbrook Vet is Phenominal. If it is an emergency, call them at 7 am and see if a drop off appointment is a possibility. Dr. Ruch will basically look at the beardie when he gets a chance. I have done this many times. He is very fair price wise as well (actually fair enough that many people are jealous of the prices I pay there. I get a slight discount for the rescue, but not that much.) He is a bit technical, and not a warm fuzzy guy, but an excellent vet. He also has not charged for phone consults he has done with other vets for animals I have had.
