Does anyone here know of any leo breeders in West Central NJ or Champaign-Urbana, IL? I just ordered a pair of leos (1.1) that will be ariving tomorrow, and I think I'd like 1 or 2 more females. I'd like to avoid shipping costs though. So if anyone knows of anyone, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know!

I'm in Maryland, but will be driving up to New Jersey this weekend. It's a strange range in locations you've given. I'm curious how you could save shipping to both areas?

LOL!...good question! I'm actually a college student at the University of Illinois, but home is in Jersey! I'm home now, that's why I'm looking in Jersey, but I'll be back at school in a couple weeks.

Hey, I'm currently a graduate student in my first year at UIUC, but I went there for my undergrad, and graduated this past May 2003. As for breeders, I have not bought from any in UIUC, I went to Sailfin petshop on Neil Street, and they are very informative and have great leos. I have come across this website though for breeder in Urbana-Champaign. http://dkherps.tripod.com/
I don't know anything about the company, but you can check it out if you want. Sailfin I think is your best option.

I didn't know sailfin had geckos...lol but yeah GO ILLINI!!! How much are sailfin's geckos? Do they just have normals?

I've been trying to find someone locally as well....im up in north jersey about 20 miles west of NYC but you probably wont be coming up this far.

Lets see, I'm in Jersey, Bill from Aztec Lizard is in Jersey. Alberto from A&M is in NY, Uriah from Geckoville is close by in PA. I'm sure there are more, those are just the few off the top of my head.

In addition to those Sam mentioned, Brett from Hypo Tangerine Dreams is up in NY. I've personally seen Sam's and Alberto's geckos and they're beautiful and better looking in person. All those guys are top notch in my book, as well.

Just thought I'd let you know just what I'm looking for!...lol I'm looking for either a carrot tail and/or tangerine, or albino (preferably bell or tremper) females (preferably juvies). I don't want to spend more than $90 total (if I buy 2) or $75 (if I buy only one). I'm getting a male jungle and a normal female leo in the mail tomorrow, but would like at least one more female so the other doesn't get overly stressed when I put them together next year for breeding! Also...the more the merrier! Anyway, If you or someone you know has what I'm looking for and is from central jersey (or are willing to drive to meet me somewhere somewhat nearby) please let me know! Oh, and pics are a must before I decide!
