Dwarf and Super Dwarf Retics???

Lucien Dec 30, 2003 08:29 PM

I'd like to know just how big these guys get.. who's breeding them and their cost right now? I've always wanted to own a Retic...after owning an African Rock as well, though her size was just too much which is why I'm looking into the Dwarf retics. I love their coloring and patterns.

Hey,
Dwarf retics stay around 6-8 feet for males and 8-10 for females, I've seen larger ones though. The super dwarfs stay a bit smaller they tend to grow up to around like max 7 feet for females and a bit smaller for the males (supers are around the same size as black ratsnakes). Bob Clark breeds them (www.bobclark.com) Mike Wilbanks of Constrictors Unlimited has extremely nice jampeas (www.constrictors.com)and Serpentine Dreams also breeds them (www.serpentine-dreams.com) also you can check the kingsnake.com classifides usually you can find them there.

Good Luck retics are my snakes.
