Yes, as chamsrcool pointed out, you should figure on 10 gal/anole. I have a 29 high (30x12x18) with three females. However, I will say that even within this little "family" Jamaica, my brown, gets a bit intimidating.
As for mixing spp. I can only give you my opinion. I was going to do it but decided it wasn't worth the risk of disease or parasite problems and only if I had a MUCH bigger tank than my 29. I have two house (med) geckos and they are in a 20 - they are still quite small.
