He is 32" and sweet as can be. He was about 18" when I got him in October. I'm pretty sure he's a boy since when he poops sometimes his hemi-pene pops out (I guess that's what it is). This tegu lives in my walk-in-closet by the way, it's very adapted for him, and he seems to love it. Never tries to escape and goes straight to basking after playtime is over. He used to bite a lot (hungry) and doesn't do it anymore. For anyone who is losing patience with their tegu, Puffy is proof that they calm down, and I feel as lucky as Rollin (I always admired his pictures, and now I can lounge around with my tegu like I hoped for). By far one of the best reptiles I've ever had.

He's lookin good, that's amazing growth too. It also took awhile to calm Taz down. A little work goes a long ways with them though. Isn't it surprising how good of pets they make considering they're non-domesticated reptiles. I'm glad someone is enjoying them as much as I am!
