Are they soft as in like, a marshmellow? Or soft like a water balloon? Infertile eggs will usually feel as if they are full of water. Fertile eggs are of course quite softh when laid but harden up significantly.
Also, how do you have the eggs set up for incubation?

i think u may be infertile cuz like u said they feel like baloons filled with water...
if there soft and dented then u should raise the humidity to get the dents out of them. u should leave them for about another week and see if they harden up or not.
Try candling the egg. Go into a dark room and shine a light over the egg. Use a small flash light. If it is bright and yellow it’s infertile. If it’s red/pink it’s fertile. If the egg is fertile raise the humidity and it should swell out. Like Kelli said how are you incubating the eggs?
