Unfortunately the video doesn't show the whole snake at once so it's hard to tell if it truly is 49'. It's definately a huge snake but 49 feet, I don't know. Now that footage is starting to come out of this snake, hopefully we will finally get confirmation whether it is truly as large as they say. It's definately interesting to see a large snake on the new though.

I think the size has been exaggerated and the weight extremely exaggerated, but who knows, maybe it is for real. My guess is that it is a 30 400 lb snake. Very impressive though. OBTW that is purely a guess based on nothing, not trying to sound like an expert, we all have heard of overestimates before. Craig Kade
