I don't keep that big of snake so don't yell at me. JK

For years they have said that the Retic Python was the longest snake but the Anaconda Boa was the heaviest. If this story is true then the Retic now holds both titles.

This is Indonesia we are talking about and they dont exactlly think of dogs like we do so to them it very well could be how we think of feeding say a rabbit to a large snake.
