I ended up with some in my fridge so I thought I'd ask. I didn't give them any just want to make sure its ok.

There's a lot of nutrients in endive and is a recommended staple for uros.

I figured it would be fine I just haven't seen it listed specifically anywhere. I'll be giving it to my ornates then! thanks.
