Help I need a suitable mate for my girl!!

timdaly Dec 31, 2003 04:16 PM

I’ve been looking for quite a wile for a non-related male that matches her orange. I have a Chris Allen Red male that I planed to pare her up with but I want ORANGE. I’ve seen really nice dragons out there but none that compare to her. The only dragon I’ve seen that came close was “ Sammy” From the Dachiu’s. (R.I.P Sammy). She is around 8 months now and she is just gone down for the winter and I was hoping to find something for the spring. Can anyone help? I live in Canada but I’ll drive almost anywere.

Thanks in advance,
Tim Daly

You are facing another possible problem... weather. Shipping this time of year is very hard. I have more than a few Beardies that are sold and are now being held here until weather permits shipping. I feel like I am running a hotel!

Good luck and happy New Year

Well living in Canada puts shipping to the test. U.P.S. ect will not knowingly ship any live animals in Canada at any time of year. But with an insulated box, proper heat pack and the right packing Canadian breeders seam to have no real problem that I’ve heard of. But most breeders up here use airline cargo services. It’s normally same day service and the cargo area on the plane is temp controlled. It cost’s a little bit more but our options are limited up here. Sometimes I wish I lived in the U.S. Eh?
