Recently I have started finding ants in my baby BT's cage. The first instances I just noticed one or two ants, this still concerned me so I sprayed the baseboards that I suspected the ants coming from (about three or more feet away from cage and of course I let it air out for a hour before putting animals back in their cages). The next day I found his cage entirely infested with ants and worst of all in his hide spot. After taking him out and inspecting the cage I couldnt find anything that they would be attracted too. No dead crickets, no food source. After spraying down the actuall trail (was in a different area) and completly changing his substrate I have found three or four ants (again below his basking rock/hide spot) and have no idea what the cause of it is. Obviously im concerned with this stressing him out and was wondering if any of you have had something like this happen before for any reason. A friend suggested that perhaps they were being attracted to the heat however there are warmer places below the floor (water heater for example) that they would go to first for something like this.

Thanks for the help,
Matt
