The level of care, if it has had repeated clutches of eggs etc.
The average beardie lives 6-8 yrs, with some living 10-13 yrs. in optimum conditions.
I've read that in the wild even 20 yrs. isn't unheard of.

living now that are 10-12 years old, those are the oldest I know. One that 8 produced fertile eggs this year, so as we learn more of the husbandry needs, I think we will see them living longer.

As of right now, the average age seems to be 7-8 years

I have a 5-6 year old dragon that produced over 100 eggs this year. think she is now done. poor thing was abused but was a good breeder for me once husbandry was corrected and I was happy with her. i figure when it is time for her to not breed she will stop producing eggs but I have enough females to carry me over. i need a room for all the rescue animals that i can not give up but i did pay for this one.
