What could light colored poops mean?

ginny23 Dec 31, 2003 10:01 PM

The leo in question uses paper towel for substrate and eats a staple of mealworms. Ive noticed her poops are light in color. Well formed, large, and with urate. Poop looks like normal but is like a tan color. This Leo licks the calcium in her dish like its going out of style...do you think all this calcium could be making it light? Ive had her for 2 years and ive just now noticed this sudden addiction to the calcium powder. And yes, mealworms are dusted every other feeding. She eats daily.

My leos are on mealies & supers & occassionally have a much lighter poop than normal. I'm chalking it up to normal variation, just like ours
