Can supers be a staple?

Jawz Dec 31, 2003 11:26 PM

Right now i got a mealworm colony semi establishing, but now i also need superworms more so for my bearded dragon. So to save alot of frustration is it ok to use superworms as a staple for leopard geckos?

I compared on come charts and supers are a little more fatty that mealworms but about the same protein.
Any comments would be appreciated,

Thanx,
Jawz

That's what I use. I also throw in a few crickets a week just to make sure that they get enough variety.
