I've been looking at gram scales for a while now but I have yet to find one that I like at a price that I like so I know what you mean! LOL! Right now, I'll have to make due with my kitchen scale that weighs in pounds and ounces and then convert it.
A friend of mine send me a male anery cornsnake and I had my female anery housed with him last summer, hoping for a mating. Shortly after, he died and had a massive amount of worms in his mouth. I had my female anery alone in her own sweaterbox for a couple months and she seemed to be fine. I was hoping that since they were only together a short time, she'd be ok.
When the temperature cooled down, I put her in with a trio of other corns so that she'd have warmth. She had been sharing their tank for about a month. Now that she just died, I'm very worried about my breeding trio as the worm problem clearly went from the anery male to anery female in a short amount of time. The worms had plenty of time to go to my trio.
If no one here knows the dosage amounts, I may call the vet and see if he'll help me without a visit. Just to walk in the door, it will be 36 bucks a critter so that's over a hundred right there!
