Hey guys- Got a question and some pictures!

Sup ya'll.. I havent talked to you all after my eggs hatched. The babies are lookin great and doing very well. Actually ive got 2 questions. Ive got 1 guy that unfortunatly had a tail nip and hes very small compared to the others.. I have 2 tubs - 1 for the smaller guys and 1 for the larger guys. Sometimes when i look in the tub hes in the back or somewhere away from the others. I see him sometimes eat a few crickets and some greens but he seems really small :/ Any tips what to do? Both my adult dragons are brumating now. My digital camera is dead right now so i cant take pics but ill put some up later. Ive got this awesome male unfortunatly ( because i bought it young and thought it was a female but its ok ) and i got the guy i posted from the classifieds. Believe it or not there are some pretty red guys , Weirdly a lot of them have a really red head and the body is normal with a little red dots down the spine. Unfortunatly my brother has dropped out of the beardie business and left me behind but i can do it. Also 1 question for curiousity, How do you guys ship your beardies? Is it like Leo's where you have the box with newspaper and you put a heating pad in it? Thats what i thought but i wanted to be sure.
Well Happy New Year all, Hope its a great one.

Regards,
Joey
( No one open a can of worms please lol )

I would set up a separate enclosure for the little guy. Sounds like he's being picked on/intimidated.
