I accidentally left out a tray of vacuum sealed rats in it's shipping box at room temperature for about 3 days. When I realized what I did I threw the tray back into the freezer. Can I still give them to my central american boa or throw it out and take the loss?

I would throw them out . Your snake could get sick eating refrozen rats. This is not good.
