what is the high and low temps on the tank? Do you have two hide boxes in there, one on each end? How much are you handling him? Are you keeping him separately, if not, do so now.

suggestions:
FIrst, stop handling the snake at all until he has eaten at least two meals in two weeks.
1. put the snake and the food item into a brown paper lunch bag. Staple the top shut, watch out for the snake's tail. Leave the bag inside the tank overnight, not on top of the heated side, though.
2. feed in a ventilated deli cup with a top on, of course, putting the deli cup in the tank overnight, etc.....
3. try feeding a live fuzzy. I have heard that sometimes these guys like a bit larger item with some hair on it.

Hope this helps.

Also try warming your food (wrap dead mouse in baggie, put in hot water jar). This can make a big difference, easy to do.
