What are all the 0.1's. 2.1's etc mean??

I've always seen these numbers next to a gecko and was wandering what these are? The age? I dont know! Thanks!

0.1.2 = 0 males.1 female.2 unsexed
5.3.0 = 5 males.3 females.0 unsexed
