I hope everything works out for the best for her. Yeah, parasites can certainly cause a dragon to lose their appetite. I hope that's all that is wrong. Remember to get some probiotics to use during and after the meds.

we'll she dosen't have any blockage or lumps.....so they gave her the stuff to deworm her and now she's back home.....now we shall wait and hope she gets better.....(deworming is a shot???????? or what cause whatever it was she didn't like it....lol) anyways she's on probiotics for her digestive track since she's probably wiped out.......hope that will do the trick

Most dewormers are not a shot. they are giving orally and most are giving at least twice. they should have done a fecal exam before treating. panacur treats worms, mertonidazole (flagyl) treats protozoans. they are both relatively non harmful on the gut flora. Albon treats coccidia and is really tough on gut flora. Get the vet to do an acual fecal exam.

Just curious, how much did your vet charge for a day stay? I know with three herps (Soon to be four), this is bound to happen some day.
