whats the best material to build an outside cage?

Here are the only two pics I have right now. Maybe I'll take some more when it warms up and things start to grow again (in my pen).

thanks for the pics john. you gave me some great ideas
My next pen will be built in front of a basment window. I will be able to see the lizards while I'm inside, and on their level. I will also be able to open the window, and toss them crickets. If you live in a bi-level house, it would be even better.
Importantly to consider is the sun/shadow pattern of your yard in the summer. Don't build a pen where it will only get 1 or 2 hours of direct sunlight!!!
