calcium and vitamins

I have a 4 month old bd. How often should I give her calcium? Right now I'm doing it daily. And how often should she get the vitamins? Should that be daily? I use rep-cal calcium and herptivite vitamins. I just want to make sure I'm doing it all right. Thanks.

Daily for the calcium while they are small and about once a week on the vitamins.

for 4 month old beardies, should only dust crickets once every other day with both calcium and vitamines.
