CAN I DO ANYTHING IF MY MONITOR GETS IT.

Your monitor may rub his nose if things about his cage or his life are very wrong. Usually when a cage is too small, no hides available etc. Think about this if you were a monitor why would you intentionally cause serious pain, and suffering on yourself? that would hold the answers, as the nose rubbing would have to be less agonizing than its life in the cage when that occurs.
