is there some type of machine or something to measure how much uv you have coming from your lights thanks

Yes, you can purchase UV light meters from tanning supply companies. I am working with a dist. so we can offer these. I use one quite often as it takes the guess work out of when to change my bulbs. They come in handy when evaluating new lights also.
