First off I'm not a vet.. I do recomend taking your snake to a vet. In the mean time you can take some betadine (povidone-iodine) the stuff you put on burns and cuts.. Water it down about 50/50 or into a "weak tea" looking solution. Next gently open the snakes mouth and take a moist q-tip and gently try to wipe out all the cheese (puss) then apply the betadine.. I would also up the tempatures of the enclosure alittle too.. Try to get that metabolism going alittle faster to boost the immune system.. This has been recommended to me by my vet.. You may still need other anti-biotics.. Ask for some silvadine it works wonders for most ailments it's kinda spendy though..
hope this helps..
