do you have any info on where and when that picture was taken?
true measurments was lacking at the time. Between 19 and 20 foot and approx. 219 in weight i think. This snake went on to a court battle among the next owners and one fairly famous breeder won. The python had a fairly long life and did produce many offsprings. One of the offsprings was reported at the same or bigger size. I heard much later years this python was around south Florida after it deceased and mounted. We also went on the road with this snake on a motorcycle and car show circut. Then it was displayed for some years as an attraction for grand openings and such around the country. The oringinal ownwer was a doctor I think and the owner of when this picture was taken had a knack for getting certain reptiles hugh although Sadie was already probably at the 16 or 17 foot length when one of the pictured persons bought the snake. I'm the " sideburn chops " guy looking the opposit way of the head.
