I have had this happen with a male once. This is what you need to do:

Mix a sugar water solution to soak him in. When I mixed it I filled a deli cup about 1/2 way full with water. I added probably a teaspoon of sugar to the water, and mixed it really well, until all the sugar disolved and the water looked clear agin. Place your leo in the cup and let him soak in it for a few hours. Usually this will be enough to make the hemipene go back in. If it is still out afterwards you should remove him form the cup and put neosporin on his hemipenal area, then place him in a shoebox size container with moist paper towel at the bottom, and nothing else. Leave him overnight. Check in the morning, if it still has not gone back in you can try the sugar water soak again. If all else fails you can take the fuzzy off a Q-tip coat the tip with neosporin, as well as his ventral area, and GENTLY try and push it back in. If this doesn't work all I would recommend is put him in his enclosure, alone, and keep it very clean. Remove the humid hide, just have a dry hide and water bowl, feeding dish. His hemipene will dry up and fall off, and he will be left with (hopefully!) one good hemipene. Let me know if you have any more questions, I know how nervewracking this is. BTW, how big are your males? When I had it happen it was with a small (40 gram) male that was still very young. I often wondered if this is why it happened. ANyway, best of luck.
