Jewel wasps

randy27 Jan 03, 2004 03:23 PM

I was wondering if anyone here is working with jewel wasps. What kind of techniques have been successful, any culturing tips, etc? I'm currently using springtails for my baby pumilios, but I'd like a few cultures of these wasps to help supplement their staple. Thanks!

Hey Randy,

I have bought parastic wasp for my retic froglets in the past, but I can't remeber the name of the company right now. Send me an email and I will let you know when I find the old bill. It is easier to just buy a bunch of infected fly pupae.
Wait I found the link. I got the fly parasites before, you can keep an extra colony in the fridge to slow them down, but you will kill the production some to.

Hope this helps and send me an email if you want to know anymore about my experience,
