Have you tried putting the the worms in dust and tried hand feeding it to your chameleon? If this doesn't work your chameleon must inherited this from the mom or dad of being a picky eater. Hope this helps you out man!

i have had a similar problem with one of my sambava. he will only eat out of a small cup and i can't be aroundto watch. i just rest it in the branches of one of his plants in his cage and let him "find" it. it takes him a while but he eats all of the different worms i put in there. once i put a different cup in his cage then i normally do and he wouldn't touch the worms, he has to have a white cup, go figure. lol oh and dont use a transparent cup/bowl. the chameleon can see the worms move from under it and push at it with their nose.

Might try Silkworms. My chameleon is very picky also, loves his crickets, refused all other forms of food. Showed him a silkworm and he went nuts. lol
