She made it through the night

Iguanachic Feb 09, 2003 09:02 AM

But she still seems very lathargic and has shaking spells.Shes a very strong and spunky dragon and I pray she makes it through.I dont kno what is going on with her.I know it has something to do with the mealworms whether they were too big or she had trouble digesting.Weve upped her basking temps and have been giving water and pedialyte through a needleless syringe.Any one with any advice is more than welcome. We are in the dark just hoping she makes it through until tomorrow to see a vet. Thanks for the help.

well i hate to scare ya for no reason but i had this happen to both my dragons and we took then to the vet the next day, found out that they both had pinworms and coccidia, they almost died and it took my female 7 months to completely recover . i would get the to the vet for a fecal and complete checkup. i hope that your baby just had an upset tummy but its better to be safe than sorry.
